Terms
Terms of Service
These terms apply when using BidWala public demos, accounts and tender report features.
Service scope
BidWala provides AI-assisted tender analysis, GeM tender document extraction, required document tables, saved report views and related workflow tools for tender users.
AI-assisted analysis and accuracy
BidWala outputs are generated from uploaded documents and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. The service is intended to support review workflows and does not guarantee that every clause, attachment, document or eligibility condition has been identified.
User responsibility
The user is responsible for verifying all tender requirements, GeM clauses, buyer instructions and submission documents before bidding.
No guarantee of tender outcome
BidWala does not guarantee bid success, eligibility, compliance, acceptance or award. AI outputs are support tools, not final procurement decisions.
Plans, limits and manual upgrades
The service may have usage limits based on plan. Paid upgrades may be activated manually until online payments are available. Pricing, included usage and feature access may change with notice where commercially reasonable.
Account suspension and prohibited use
Accounts may be suspended or restricted for misuse, abuse, unlawful activity, attempts to overload the platform, attempts to bypass usage limits, unauthorized scraping or use that harms other users or BidWala operations.
Intellectual property and liability
BidWala, its interface, workflows, branding and software remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidWala is not liable for tender losses, missed submissions, disqualification, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to service
BidWala may change, suspend or discontinue features as the beta product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means the user accepts the updated terms.
